Timescales and delivery options

ORDER TIMESCALE & DISPATCH

As all of our goods are freshly made to order, the minimum time scales apply:

Minimum of 2 working days for dispatch or collection:

  • Chocolate Bar

  • Cakesicles

  • Cookies

  • Tray cakes

  • Macarons

Minimum of 5 working days for dispatch or collection:

  • Standard Cakes

Minimum of 2 weeks for dispatch or collection:

  • Bespoke cakes

  • Bespoke Sweet treats

Minimum of 2 months for dispatch or collection:

  • Wedding cakes

  • Wedding gift boxes

If you require a cake sooner than 5 working days an additional express fee of £25 will apply.

DELIVERY

Request delivery/collection dates

Specific delivery & collection dates can be requested, please complete the order form on checkout.

Postal delivery dates are subject to minimum processing timescales (detailed above), available from Monday to Saturday.

POSTAL SERVICES

  • Standard UK Postage via Royal Mail or Courier starts from £3.95. The final amount will vary according the total weight of your final order. It is important to note, if this option is selected Buttercream will not be used on any cakes or cupcakes.

Royal Mail 1st Class: From £5.50

Royal Mail 2nd Class: From £3.95

HAND delivery

  • Hand Delivery via SSB Courier starts from £10, additional fees apply to deliveries beyond an 10 mile radius from RM10 (£2 per mile). This service is available to most London & Essex postcodes, or you can collect from us.

Collection

  • Collection is Free (from RM10 area)

Wedding Cakes

  • Wedding cake courier service starts from £50 within the London & Essex Areas. Please contact us for further information.

Handling of your package

Should you choose to select postage services, there is a risk that damage may occur in transit by Royal Mail. We take extensive measures to ensure our goods are double wrapped and securely packaged to minimise damage. Ultimately we are unable to guarantee Royal Mail’s handling of the package once posted.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

All sales are final and non-refundable. No Further changes can be made to your order once it has been confirmed by us.
